The initial visit for adults will comprise of a 60 minute consultation (30 minutes for pediatric patients) during which a comprehensive case history will be taken. Follow-up visits may be 30 or 60 minutes long depending on the nature of your visit. You may call 604-451-1737 to book an appointment or by clicking the following Online Booking link.


Please print and fill out the new patient intake form for Naturopathic Medicine or Acupuncture.

Alternatively, you may fill out the intake form at the clinic. Please arrive a few minutes earlier to complete the form.

You may also complete a Diet Diary to provide additional information for your naturopathic medical visit.


Prior to your initial and subsequent visits please use the following Self-Assessment Tool as recommended by the BCCDC.

Naturopathic Physician Fees

  • Adult Initial Consultation (up to 60 minutes): $170
  • Adult Regular Follow-up Session (up to 60 minutes): $110
  • Adult Short Follow-up Session (up to 30 minutes): $80
  • *Any recommended herbal formulas, supplements, and diagnostic tests are extra. GST will be added to these extra supplies and services unless exempt.

    Please note that we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the visit.

    Nervous System Reset Therapy

  • Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes each): $500 per session
  • *These sessions are conducted by Dr. Hamid Tajbakhsh, ND and include gentle combinations of: CranioSacral Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Tui Na, Naturopathic Spinal Manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, etc. These sessions are customized for calming the nervous system to help reduce pain and optimize body functions. Naturopathic extended health coverage may be used towards this session. An initial naturopathic session is required prior to this session.

    Acupuncturist Fees

  • Adult Initial Session (60 minutes): $105
  • Adult Follow-up Session (60 minutes): $90
  • *Extra charges apply for any recommended herbal formulas, herbal patches, etc. GST will be added to these supplies.

    Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

  • Initial and Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes each): $120 plus GST per session
    *These sessions are conducted by Dr. Ladan Mohammadi, Dr.TCM, R.Ac., PhD. You may use your acupuncture extended health coverage towards this session.

  • Direct Billing

    We provide direct billing for over 15 extended health insurance companies such as: Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sun Life Financial, Green Shield Canada, Manulife, etc. If your insurance company does not participate in our direct billing program, we can still provide you with an invoice to claim your fees.

    Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture have coverage through extended health providers and qualify for CRA’s medical expense tax credit.

    Approved ICBC Acupuncture Clinic

    ICBC provides coverage for acupuncture treatments through our clinic. If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and have made a claim through ICBC then ICBC may fully cover your acupuncture treatments without the need for out of pocket payment. Please phone our clinic to confirm your ICBC acupuncture coverage and to book your appointment.

    MSP Coverage

    MSP reimburses $23 per visit for an annual limit of 10 visits per person if the person qualifies for MSP coverage. Please check the following page to see if you qualify for MSP coverage. If you qualify, you may apply for MSP reimbursement of supplementary benefit services (i.e. Acupuncture and/or Naturopathic Medicine) by completing the following form.
